saved: Form 1 not submited, or, archived by the Director of Thesis (or direct supervisor for postdocs) -> You will have to submit a new one

Form 1 is the initial request

submitted1: Form 1 sent and wating to be validated by the Vice Dean of Research (for Conferences) / Program director (for Training)
refused1: Form 1 rejected by the Vice Dean of Research (or program director) -> see the email for more details
accepted1: Form 1 accepted by the Vice Dean of Research (or program director) -> please submit the actual costs after the conference.

Form 2 is the actual costs

submitted2: Form 2 sent and waiting to be validated by the HEC Finance Office.
