Professor Alice Eagly’s visit to Lausanne
Prof. Alice Eagly--the James Padilla Chair of Arts and Sciences, Professor of Psychology, Faculty Fellow of Institute for Policy Research, and Professor of Management & Organizations, at Northwestern University--gave a very inspiring and thought-provoking talk on “Women As Leaders: Negotiating the Labyrinth.” A world’s authority on gender and leadership, Prof. Eagly explained the psychological mechanisms behind leader emergence and effectiveness of leadership and how gender is implicated in the process.
