Registration Procedure and Checklist

  1. Complete and validate the online application form and upload the requested documents. For the online application form, please follow the link 
  2. Once your application is finalized, please print, sign and return it to us with the following documents:
  • A passport copy;
  • Two passport format photographs;
  • Two photocopies of the University diploma (Bachelor and/or Master) and two photocopies of the university transcripts;
  • Authenticated translation of the documents not written in French, German, English or Italian;
  • Exmatriculation Letter (for candidates who hold a Swiss university degree);
  • A professional CV;
  • A short motivation letter;
  • Work certificate(s);
  • Two recommendation letters;
  • Proof of payment of the CHF 200 administrative fee, when applicable.

You can send your application form as well as all the documents requested in the application form to:

Please note that the application will not be processed until all the required documents have been provided.

N.B.: your diplomas will have to be presented to the UNIL matriculation service during the first week once the program starts. Further informations will be provided in due time.
