I am happy to give talks or workshops for business, public,
and professional organizations. My focus is primarily on the measurement,
prediction, and development of leadership. I consult to gather data to support
my research agenda and to improve the functioning of organizations. My clients

Some of my research is financed directly by business (as well as foundations and granting agencies)--money which goes to the university and used to hire doctoral students or assistants that help me to undertake the research.
