Mastering the New Challenges of Health Care
An intensive course to understand, innovate and lead change in health care

This program is intended to prepare tomorrow's leaders in the health care sector from both the public and private sectors by providing them with the necessary knowledge and skills to better understand, innovate and lead change in health care. It will address questions that are key to the future of health systems and the professionals involved:
The program is taught by distinguished experts from first-rate academic institutions in Europe and the United States. It will provide participants with a unique opportunity to interact with other professionals from a range of backgrounds and functions.
This program was initiated in collaboration with the Swiss House for Advanced Research and Education (SHARE) in Boston and is supported by the members of the Advisory Committee of the International Executive Program in Health Care Policy and Management and their organisations.

- How can we evaluate health technology? What should be done about its rapid development?
- What can health care leaders do about rising costs? Can concern with cost be replaced by a focus on value?
- What is quality in health care? How can it be evaluated and improved?
- What are the principles underlying innovation? Can innovation improve quality, reduce costs and prevent medical error?
- How to lead change in health care?
