Application guidelines

• a typed letter of motivation specifying your project and research area, your pertinent qualifications, notably your Masters degree and your reason for choosing HEC Lausanne. You may mention up to three professprs who would interest you as thesis supervisors and to whom your application file could be submitted. Any contact with professors prior to the submission of your application file will not be taken into consideration and is not recommended.
• 2 copies of the Application Form, duly completed and signed
• 2 passport-size pictures, attached to the Application Forms
• 2 self-stick labels with your name and address
• 1 copy of the General Information form, duly completed
• 2 copies of your complete and up-to-date CV
• 2 copies of all your diplomas and certificates, including High School Diploma
• 2 copies of all your grades for each university degree obtained
• 1 authenticated translation of any document which is not written in French, German, Italian or English
• 1 letter of recommendation in a sealed envelope and signed across the back
• 1 copy of your passport if you are a foreigner
