Specialisation Modules
The global understanding of management, provided by the General Management Modules, are followed by the Specialisation modules. They take place principally throughout the last 5 months of the programme.
Finance specialisation:
The modules aim to deepen the understanding of participants in three key business areas: finance, strategy & interpersonal skills to get the edge needed to succeed in the business world.
Healthcare specialisation:
The modules, oriented towards the specific needs of the healthcare sector, provides participants with the knowledge and tools necessary to meet future challenges in the ever changing health environment.
The Specialisation Modules, like the General Management Modules, are in general held on Fridays and Saturdays, from 8h30 to 17h30 on UNIL campus. While they mainly take place in the period of June to November, some of the Specialisation Modules alternate with the General Management Modules; this includes the residence scheduled in March.
Besides modules, individual and group assignments, participants have to work on a major project during the programme, adapting and applying strategies and knowledge to real-life situations: the Individual Strategy / Healthcare Project.
It is made individually within the participant's organisation: it has the objective to help the participant make a real impact in her/his organisation by integrating her/his newly acquired knowledge. The final presentation is held in the presence of the participant's company representative in the final weeks of the programme.
Participants are evaluated on both written and oral reports/presentations.

They are scheduled on Saturdays, outside of the official schedule, to allow the participation of the majority of students. These modules allow participants to gain self-awareness & the confidence to influence strategy at all levels of their organisation. Thus, lectures, feedback and coaching sessions are offered to participants in the following fields
